SHIPPING CHARGES (within Australia only)
Orders will incur a $5.50 shipping and handling charge. This will be added to your order total at the paypal checkout. Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery.
DISPATCH
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving them, so please add this time to expected delivery times. Please also take into account public holidays and weekends.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Packages that are sent back to us as return to sender due to incorrect or incomplete contact information will be credited back to the customer's PayPal account less the shipping and handling fee. In the event that you find your order contains faulty products or damages please contact us to arrange a solution. All faulty or damaged products will be replaced free of charge when the product is returned to us. We will refund your postage costs for all valid refunds. You must contact us prior to returning any items for refund or replacement as we must issue a return authorization number which allows your claim to be processed in our system. Unfortunately we are unable to process a return or replacement request without a return authorization number.
